North Bentham School, Lancaster<\/h2>The building of the new school near Lancaster provided some of the largest doors we have fabricated to date. The large scaled doors and the corridor roof lights all combine to give the school a real spacious appearance. Light transmission in to the class rooms and corridors provides the pupils with a bright visual environment.<\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

Marble Hall Rolls Royce, Derby<\/h2>The re-glazing of the old Rolls Royce Marble Hall building in Derby for individual office let for small up-and coming businesses. The original Battle of Britain Window to commemorate the production of the Merlin engine for the Spitfire was re-glazed to allow the original to be housed in a museum. <\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

6 East Parade, Leeds<\/h2>A full fa\u00e7ade replacement was undertaken by HKL on this prestigious building nestling in the heart of Leeds. The top two floors have the heavily engineered Awatar Glass Fins designed, fabricated and installed by HKL. The bright NBK specially-made tiles enhance the buildings envelope into a superb bright fa\u00e7ade bringing this building to life.<\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

High Chelmer Shopping Centre<\/h2>The new Restaurant Quarter of the High Chelmer Shopping Centre at Chelmsford includes an array of fa\u00e7ade systems as part of the complete renewal of the old building facades by HKL. Turning an old 1960\u2019s framed building into a modern day, bright and multi-elemental fa\u00e7ade was a huge challenge for HKL.<\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

New Education Centre, Houses of Parliament<\/h2>The first building to be built at the Houses of Parliament for over 500 years, and HKL completed the cladding of the New Education Centre. The entrance doors in particular have received rave reviews from those involved in the project, as well as from the Houses of Parliament Estate Managers.<\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

The Cornerstone Project, Halifax<\/h2>Project Cornerstone is part of the extension of the Square Chapel Arts Centre in Halifax. Bringing a hastily deliverable design and procurement programme forward we had to engage and co-ordinate precisely with the Glass Artist who produced a superb impression that brought the Aluprof Curtain Walling to life. Certainly the 40,000 visitors to Square Chapel will thoroughly enjoy the real-life look of the Glass Art images and sharp net installation by HKL. <\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n

DHL – East Midlands Airport<\/h2>The extension of the DHL West Cargo Centre at EMA was our firms largest value contract completed in less than one year. The wide ranging products and systems provided their own challenges but the job was successfully handed over without dispute and the final account agreed promptly.<\/span>+<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/article>\n
